Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Visa Delta Credit or Debit card payments Securely via Barclays Merchant Services (Sage Pay) and PayPal. If you have ordered an item on Backorder we will inform you if we anticipate a delay. Although we do not normally process your card details with prior agreement you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We also accept cash, cheque or postal orders (within the UK only) for orders or Western Union worldwide.

Although it is not an offence to manufacture or possess a transmitter in the UK, some of the transmitters featured on this website may not be D.T.I. approved for use in UK and the use of them would be an offence. These devices are sold for export only. The telephone equipment featured in this website is not approved by British Telecom.

Delivery Schedule All items that are in stock will normally be dispatched within two working days. If any items are out of stock, we will back order for you. Items placed on back order are dispatched as soon as they become available normally within a maximum 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges All orders are VAT free unless stated otherwise.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

All products come with a 12 months return to base guarantee unless stated otherwise below.

  • If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

  • in otherwise "as new" condition; and

  • complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it and, if possible, the original box and packaging.

- Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.
- Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
- We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods.
- We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
- Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
- If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred.
- Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
- Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for your card to be refunded. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.


Imported mobile phones & spy equipment include a return to base guarantee.
Should the item require sending back to the supplier in Asia to be repaired we will gladly supply a loan product subject to availability at time of fault.

Phone unlocking service and digital downloads come with 1 weeks email support.

Unlocking equipment includes a 3 month guarantee.
All the products we sell & use are tried and tested by ourselves we cannot guarantee 100% unlock with every models. Any use you make of service unlock software/equipment and its consequences is entirely your own responsibility.

Unlocking services
By sending your phone to us for unlocking you imply that you are the legal owner of the phone, or that you have the permission of the legal owner to send the phone to us for unlocking. We can never guarantee to unlock every phone listed, If we cannot unlock your phone's succesfully we will refund the cost of the unlocking service.
If you are sending the phone from a country other than the United Kingdom, you must indicate on a customs declaration that the phone is being dispatched for repair to minimise duty charges.
Please ensure that you send the product well packaged ensuring that the battery is fully charged & that any security codes are removed before posting the phone's. It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone is adequately covered incase of damage in transit.

Transmitters
Warning: The use or installation of any transmitters supplied by us is illegal in the UK & EU and is in direct contravention of the wireless and telegraphy act 1949 as well as the telecommunication act 1985. All equipment is sold on the strict understanding that it will be exported outside the UK. The radio communication agency has and will prosecute anyone in contravention of this law.

We recommend Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for returning items up to £28, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher value items.
